  • Yes, we offer onsite ceremonies and receptions both indoors and out.

  • Friday weddings/receptions: $2500 includes set-up beginning at 8 am until midnight; also includes Thursday evening at no charge.

    Saturday weddings/receptions: $2,800 includes set-up beginning at 8 am until midnight.

    Sunday weddings/receptions: $1,900 includes set-up beginning at 8 am until midnight.

  • We offer a space for indoor and outdoor ceremonies.

    Our indoor, upstairs loft can accommodate up to 100 seated guests.

    An indoor and outdoor reception can accommodate 200+ guests.

    Our outdoor space can accommodate 200+ guests.

  • Friday weddings may be accessed at 8 am. Friday wedding rentals include Thursday evenings free of charge for your rehearsal and/or your rehearsal dinner.

Booking FAQs

  • Please call Heath Edwards at 803.665.8445 to schedule a tour and book your wedding date.

  • For weddings, we require a 25% booking fee then the remaining balance is due 2 months before your wedding date.

    For non-wedding events, we require a 25% booking fee and the remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event date.

  • We accept Cash, Check , Cash App and Venmo.

  • We do keep a cancellation list. If you see a date that you are interested in but it is currently booked, please contact us so we can put you on our cancellation list.

Catering FAQs

  • We do not provide catering. Please see our list of caterers on our caterers page.

  • You will work directly with your caterer and your bartender.

Planning FAQs

  • Music and bartending must conclude at midnight.

  • Unless stated otherwise in your contract, vendor and decor items may not be dropped off before your stated rental period.

  • No candles are allowed with an open flame. Battery operated candles are the only candles allowed.

  • Set-up begins at your specified access time.

    We have a check-list for clean-up.
